Service is painfully slow. Came to this location for the first time and never again. waited in the drive through for 25min after placing my order. There is no way out. However, i got my meal and the new spicy chicken sandwich was Amazing!

My second and last time at this brand new Popeyes which is totally mismanaged from a customer experience perspective. Taking into consideration all of the food establishments afforded to me at this hour, I CHOSE Popeye's Chicken, yet the young lady working the drive through treated me as if it was my pleasure to be served by them. No "thank you" was offered or considered as my food was thrown at me. So I offered my appreciation and the young lady had the nerve to tell me that I was welcome, and to that I inquired if I should receive the benefit of thanks for shopping at their place of business, and looking perplexed, she responded "uhhhh, I guess so..."
When I requested the manager, she seemed to be confused by this as a teachable moment, which suggests, customer appreciation isn't an enforceable standard offered in this place. SO, I'll make this MY LAST visit... Reminds me of Harold's Chicken in the city. Which one you ask? The many which are no longer in business... Take ya pick! -

This Popeyes is SLOW with ATTITUDE EMPLOYEES!! I ordered the $5 box Parmesan chicken. No Parmesan on the chicken, they were SUPER HARD and COLD!! The young lady taking orders made a mistake with the customer before me. She asked her coworker for help( maybe a manager) this lady literally chewed her out in front of the customers for that mistake!! So UNPROFESSIONAL!!

Just opened and is already a mess.
The service is excruciatingly slow. Lots of wrong orders.
They were out of shrimp when we went, despite it 1) being Lent and 2) being promoted every other commercial in our neck of the woods.
I don't know how it went so poorly after like, a month of being open. -

This is the second time i have been here and had a terrible experience, never again. I went to order the red strip chicken and they were out ok no big deal. So i ordered the 5 piece strips combo after ordering they tell me it's gonna be a 4 minute wait. Ok no big deal. The lady leans out the window and says can you pull up like right there and points ok. I wait and wait and wait then a lady comes out of the door and says can you pull around, like all the way around. Ok..... so i pull around. I wait and wait and wait 20 mins later a man comes out with my order. Ok they didn't give me my drink, so he goes in to get it. While he was inside i look through my bag they forgot my sauces. The man comes out with my drink and i tell him about the sauces. He asks me if i could pull around in the drive Thur to get them. Ok as i pull over there they are 3 cars deep. I tell the man that was still outside so i have to wait in that long line. He said ok wait right here. He gets them and i leave. I get home to bite into cold raw chicken that i waited over 20 mins for. What a waste of my time and my money. I'm not eating raw chicken so it just ended up in the garbage. This is a new location. I been here twice this is the second time i got raw food and waited forever. I'll get my strips from McDonald's or Burger King a couple buildings down instead.
